Deep tissue / Transformational neuromuscular therapy
Deep Tissue Massage centers on realigning the deeper layers of connective and muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body. Transformational Neuromuscular Therapy or TNMT is a modality of deep tissue massage that incorporates sustained pressure and muscle contractions to bring muscle systems back to balance.
